Personalised sleep support

What’s included…

Two women engaged in conversation in an office space with large windows and indoor plants, one holding a smartphone.

Understanding

60 minute consultation to fully understand you and your baby’s current situation. We will discuss in detail the challenges that you are faced with, as well as your preferences so I can fully understand you and your family’s needs.

A family of four with two children and two adults sitting on a bed in a bright room. The woman is holding a newborn baby and smiling at her daughter, who is taking a photo with a smartphone.

Personalised plan

I will then build a truly personalised plan that is built around you and your baby’s needs. This approach maximises your chances of success by fitting the plan to your daily routines and ensures you are happy with the approach we will be taking.

Sleep support

Once you have read the plan we will set a start date together, and I will provide 2 weeks of coaching and support to ensure that the plan is working for you. Over the two weeks we can tackle any issues or questions that arise during the process.
